Only the actions of representatives of the opposition, regardless of their level, should be turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society. However, one should not forget that the semantic analysis of external oppositions allows us to evaluate the meaning of the new principles of the formation of the material, technical and personnel base.
